  • You’ll only need to purchase the tiles and trim (either metal trim like Schluter or standard tile trim). We’ll take care of the rest.

    • Included in our service cost: mortar, thinset, grout, and caulking.

    • Additional materials (billed separately): specialty items such as Schluter products, Kerdi wall panels, sealants, waterproofing solutions, and more. Don’t worry—your estimate will outline everything in detail so you know exactly what to expect.
