Our Process
Every project we complete, from curbless showers to kitchen backsplashes and full flooring installations, follows a disciplined, proven process. We don’t rush installations. We build them correctly from the foundation up, ensuring durability, waterproof integrity, and a flawless finish that lasts for years.
Step 1: Preparation & Surface Protection
We begin by carefully preparing the workspace. Existing materials are removed when necessary, surfaces are cleaned, leveled, and reinforced to create a structurally sound base. Proper preparation is critical, and tile is only as strong as the surface beneath it.
Step 2: Waterproofing & System Installation
For wet areas like showers, we install professional-grade waterproofing systems to protect your home from moisture damage. Every seam, joint, and transition is sealed with precision to prevent leaks and ensure long-term performance.
This stage is what separates cosmetic work from professional craftsmanship.
Step 3: Layout & Planning
Before a single tile is permanently set, we carefully plan the layout. We ensure symmetry, balanced cuts, proper slope for drainage (especially in curbless showers), and alignment with surrounding finishes. This eliminates awkward edges and uneven lines.
Step 4: Tile Installation
Tiles are set with high-performance thinset using industry-best practices. Spacing is precise, edges are clean, and surfaces are leveled to avoid lippage. We focus on consistency, clean lines, and structural integrity, not just speed.
Step 5: Grouting & Finishing Details
Once the tile is properly cured, grout is applied and sealed. Edges, corners, and transitions are refined for a seamless appearance. Fixtures and finishing elements are installed to complete the transformation.
The Result
A durable, waterproof, professionally installed tile system designed to look beautiful and perform reliably for years.
We don’t cut corners. We build them correctly.
